Bad service

I had a Makro finance account and it was handed over to SSDA and in March 08 I asked for a settlement amount and on the 9th of March I paid the whole amount and I sent the POP and asked for a paid up letter but up until now I still have not received it. The only thing I am receiving is that I am still owing them and I tried reaching out to them but nothing is happening. I was told that the amount has not cleared it will clear after 7 days but up until now they still send messages that I must pay. I am tired of this they are ****ming me
