Bad Customer Service/Call Centre Agents

<p>This morning I received a call from a representative from the above mentioned company. I apparently have an outstanding account with Foschini which has been handed over to them for collection. Firstly, I do not and have never had an account with the Foschini Group. Secondly, how the heck did they get my work contact details, considering the account holders name is totally different from mine. The service of this company is disgusting, and unapologetic for their errors.</p>
