Bad bad bad

Worst experience ever, get phoned over a weekend at 07H00, you get harassed 4-5 times a day with multiple different people, different amount, the one lady shouted at me and dropped the call before I could reply. I phoned there head office to place a complaint and they said I cannot get access to the recording unless I directly go to their branch which is in another province, they are rude, they don't have communication with all the different agents due to whatever reasons they have! It doesn't matter if you wrote a review or complain because nothing happens and no feedback is given.
