Bad attitude and not willing to help at all!!

So upset with this company...I have been unemployed for some time and my debit order was not able to be paid I then expected a phone call or email from MTN asking why I am late but nothing for a whole 9 months. I then eventually managed to go make a payment as this account was really bothering me and the fact that nobody has called me. while making payment I asked the lady why I have not received any call she told me I have been handed over!! I was shocked and upset a month after making that payment I then suddenly got a call from Shapiro very unprofessional call for a law firm. I explained everything to the lady she could not really answer me as to why I am only getting a call now.. she then demands payment I make and a arrangement with her and explain to her how I would like to pay she does not compromise at all. I reply to a email arranging payment plan to this day still no reply just phone calls all the time. this people are rude and wont help the client with a better option!!
