Awful experience with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates

I had an account with sportcene (TFG trust) and was not working so I could not pay the account, so they handed me over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates company.I got a job this year and paid up the account in full on the 23rd of April 2021 at 13:31pm.

I emailed the proof of payment to this company, and requsted that they send me a paid up letter as I had settled my account and they said I should wait for 21 days, of which I did but they never got back to me so I emailed them at (***- the consultant's name Elvina Scharneck) and the other one (***-consultant's name Mamosebetsi Josephine Motaung) reminding them that 21 working days has passed but I have not received the paid up letter as promised, and they said I should wait because they are also awaiting a response from their client (Sportcene) and I did not understand what the delay was since I had paid the account in full and had sent the proof to them. I went to Sportcene to enquire about this and they told me that they couldn't be of assist with the paid up letter as my account was no longer with them, but with their attorney (Shapiro Shaik Defries and attorneys). At that point I felt like a headless chicken going back and forth, trying to get a paid up letter, I called this company numerous times ***) and they ended up not even taking my calls. This is affecting my credit record very negatively , as it still appears that my account is in arrears and yet, I have paid it up in full, and that company is also aware of this. I just need my paid up letter ASAP, I can't even close the account I have with the store without it.

This company has made my life extremely difficult, and a living hell, I don't want anything to do with them anymore, just give me what is rightfully mine so that I can close the account and ensure that our paths never cross each other again!
