Avoiding my question regarding my refund

At the beginning of the year I was unemployed & as a result my accounts were not paid over that period. These attorneys called me for one of my accounts which I paid up in full in July. I then continued making payments into that account for 3 months with a the *** as I thought its the same company dealing with another account of mine that was due. They didn't even bother to get hold of me and advise that Im paying into the wrong account. I then received a call from the correct Attorneys stating I have not been paying, to which I was annoyed as I new I was paying. I Shapiro Shaik & was told to send a mail requesting a refund and send through the proof of payment with my ID. I get a response my account is paid from there side. Nothing else. To which I responded again about my refund and still no reply. They are sitting with R7800 of my money which they are avoiding to refund me it seems as they keep avoiding my request even though I have sent through all my proof of payment for those specific months. UNBELIEVABLE!!
