Attempt to collect prescribed Debt - ****! Alert! *******

Have realized that you guys still call me about a 2005 debt ,never paid any debt by that time , never acknowledge nor receive a call from any credit provider ,and its prescribed according to NCR act ,Please remove it from my record .

Amendments to the National Credit Act specify certain requirements when potentially prescribed debt is being collected on. This in practice requires a debt collector to ensure that a debtor is aware of the defence of prescription when attempting to collect on a potentially prescribed debt. Please accept my defence of prescription and confirm that the account will be written off. Also send an electronic file to the relevant credit bureaus, for my profile to be amended.
