Arrogant and stupid and useless

These guys act on behalf of nedbank and listen to nothing and act on absolutely nothing. They call, harass, threaten and in the long run give the people they represent a stinking name. Daniel Shapiro, I suggest you start giving the service you promise and train your staff to be professional and doing the job they get paid to do. They are way under-trained and unqualified to do the task at hand. If they call someone shouldn't they note what they are being told, do follow up and resolve issues? Isn't that the point of the collection service you are offering? Its common sense that if there is no money owing then it cannot be collected? Or do you rely on threats to try and achieve some sort of minimum requirement? i suggest you call me TODAY and resolve these issues as you are about to be hit with harassment claims by many many many people.
