*********** and poor service

So unhappy with the service. I have settled my MTN account with SSDA and have been calling them since. Today is the 29th of September 2025 and still have not received my settlement letter. i have things to do but this account is hanging because they are telling me stories everytime I call. bare in mind their phones can be unavailable for a whole week. They asked me to wait for 3 weeks which I did then when I called to follow up it is different stories every time.
