*********** and harrasment!

Absolutely shocking! As is Discovery, (separate review). My father passed in April 2023. We notified Discovery and sent relevant documentation. A few months later I get this email from these A$$holes. I rep**** my father had passed and I had notified Discovery. The following month another email. Again I rep****. No response from them to either mail. This went on for about 6 months until I phoned them to try sort it out. I managed to get hold of someone whom I emailed the details of my fathers death. Death certificate, ID etc. Hoping this was all settled finally I still get emails from these ****s every month. I am not going to respond, I have added them to spam.. Will never recommend them due to their incompetence!!
