An updated ITC still...
I have been contacting ITC companies regarding my ITC name clearance and they tell me that SSDA has not submitted document for an update to be done. On the 25th I wrote from this platform and SSDA responded that they submitted documents on the 8th for ITC update and they will submit manually also. This is the different story to what I have. Can I get clear indication on what is really happening as I paid and settled the account my ITC needs to be updated because IT is more than 21 days from the 8th may.. Please resolve this.

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your query.
Kindly be informed that your ITC delist was requested and forwarded to the 5 major bureaus ie Transunion , Compuscan,XDS,CPB and experian. You will then need to request for your updated credit bureau report atleast after 21 working days from the 25th as that was when we did the manual update.
