So after repeated SMS and email that I owe money to ABSA and threatening them with legal action, they still persist.

I haven't banked with ABSA for a number of years and I owed them nothing.

When Amoeba call centre calls me, I deliberately take the calls and ask for said indebtedness. To which there is a reply of " we will contact the client."

After losing it one day after yet another SMS and email I visited their offices on Bayers Naude and warned them to have security and SAPS available as enough was enough.

After shouting security arrived but alas no SAPS. A friendly guy called Earnest spoke with me and undertook via email that by 1000hrs it will be all sorted.

I advocated that I would park my trucks on his access and exit points if nothing was received in terms of answers.

Needless to say nothing came and I emailed and yet nothing.

This is a **** upon its highest order. They buy a debtor's book for R1 and hope to get a R100 from naive people.

I feel terribly sorry for those who don't know their rights and are bul**** by a bunch of amoebas.
