Am am being ****med by SSDA

Good day I complained about ssda earlier last month. This company is ******** me. They say I have a debt with them and have made a payment on last year May. I asked them for proof of payment and the sent an email saying that the account was handed to them by Foshini last year May and a asked the why was this company appearing since 2019.

They sent an explanation that didn't not make sense. They said "Foschini account was handed over to us on the 2019/07/18 and later outsourced back to client on the 24/05/2021 , On the 2021/05/25 the account was than brought back to us with the Settlement amount of R 4,130.17." First of all the the amount that they sent on the explanation is not the same as the one that is appearing on credit bureau and this explanation says the was an settlement arrangement of that amoun made. My question is the settlement was made by who because I only started speaking to the after the complaint.

I then requested for Document so that I can open a case and escalate the matter. They are not responding.

This rasist company is on to destroy black people, ******** them and also depriving them from getting this like home loans and even applying for subsidies from human settlement.

They keep giving false information and can't even support the information they give about people. I have told them that I don't know this account and they must tell me which year was this account opened and when was the last payment, so that I can also do my own investigations.
