All I want is an invoice

I have been having issues with my TV licence since I got it, Now Johannah From Shapiro Shik Defries has been in contact with me requesting I make payment. <br> <br> email 1: addressed to me - CAPRICORN PARK CAPE TOWN 07945 <br> I responded saying I don't live there and have never received an invoice, if they change my address, send me an invoice and proof i have a TV licence I will happily pay<br> <br> email 2: Johannah asked me what happened to my TV-?<br> I responded by saying that she clearly did not read my first mail and copied and pasted the first email.<br> <br> email 3: she now has a correct address for me?!?! from nowhere. I have been told I need to change my address with the SABC which I can accept, yet I still have no invoice.<br> <br> I WILL NOT pay for something I do not have proof of.<br> <br> All I want is an invoice and I am happy to pay. <br> <br> I have now received a final demand email. I think this is unacceptable. Can someone actually respond to my email and not copy and paste an answer.
