To whom it may concern

I am writing this email to share my frustrations. An agent from ssda will advise that help will be offered on settling the due account owed and when such is paid than you will be called to pay an unsettled account . I paid the required amount fully and forwarded proof and to my surprise that I didn't pay anything .

I was assisted by Jeanette Chauke around January 2023 to get my settlement letter and it's now three months in . Now it's April I spoke to Tshokolo who confirm to assist , but no reply on emails to confirm he received my statement.
