Added interest for imaginary calls and emails

I contacted Discovery whom advised my initial debt was 23 720.71 and according to SSDA its 27 571.93 how it got to that amount i dont know. I check statements that i have to request and there is doubt billing for calls and statements being sent. Your aim is not to get the bill settled you just want to keep getting more and more. Ask them to settle the want a huge lumpsom in one go so clearly trying to make an arrangement doesnt work either. Calls and emails never made to me im still paying for. what bugs me is its been 5years that im trying to get rid of this account and still my balance is now R 35 000 how??? I would prefer dealing with discovery directly instead of having you guys rip me off!! Infact i think i should report whats being done to the Ombudsman.
