Account settled in 2020 August but still no paid up letter and the account is showing as in 8 months areas in my credit profile

I am so dissapointed in Shapiro shaik defries and associates. I still haven't received my paid up letter for the account I fully paid in August last year. What makes me angry even more is that you guys assured me that I have settled my account and you will send my name for ITC update but now it is clear you did not send my name for ITC update because just now the mtn account just showed up on my credit profile as in 8 months areas knowing exactly that I settled this account in August lats year.

Why are you guys doing this seriously? I have all the emails that you guys sent to me promising to send my paid up letter.

Please look into this and sort it out. I need my paid up letter so I can send it to the credit bureaus please I can't take this anymore.
