Account Paid Up - 21 Working Days before Paid Up Letter

<p>Our Discovery Account was paid up in full on the 5th August 2016. Proof of Payment was sent through almost immediately. Upon calling the call centre today, my wife was informed that she would need to call back in 21 Working Days to request a paid up letter so that I can then send it to Discovery and then request Discovery to contact ITC to update the payment profile. SSDA go out of their to get payments in but then request a 21 Working Day Waiting Period before a letter can be provided. This is absolutely unaccepteble. It takes a maximum of two days for an EFT to reflect so the money has reflected by now. Please can a paid up letter be provided. Reference # ********** 196</p>
