Account adjustment issue

I got a 50% discount on my Ackermans account that was handed over to Ssda so I paid the settlement amount of the 50% discount on the 27 June 2024 , now the issue is that when I look at my balance it still says I owe the rest of the 50% and I’ve been since for this issue and I’m being told that my account still needs to be adjusted so it can show 0 balance but they are not adjusted my accounts I’m calling all the time and I’m being promised that the following day the issue will be resolved but its not being resolved, now I can’t request a paid up letter because my account still says I’m owing even though I settled the account. I really need help with this I’ve been calling almost everyday and I’m not the issue is not being resolved.
