Abusive sms's to incorrect customer

<p>I have received numerous abusive sms's from this firm threatening me with legal action on an outstanding MTN account yet I've been on a debit order contract with MTN for 20 years. When I called them it became clear that this account related to another person and I asked them to please remove my cell no off that persons name and off their system. The sms's continued. I have now called them 9 times to advise them that they sending these to the wrong person yet they still continue. It is unacceptable and totally against the consumer protection act. </p>
