Absolutely Pathetic "service"

I would give MINUS stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculously terrible "service" - a year of emails and trying to phone for a debt that I do not agree with from Linmed Hospital. I have sent emails dircet to the resloutions department - as apparently this department only deal with emails and not phone calls! I find this highly suspicious and ridiculous, emails are never read or responded to! I would like to know if this company can be reported legally? As I cannot believe any company can "work" like this. In what world can you not speak to a person if they threaten to list you with the credit bureau and the debt they say you owe you do not actually owe???
