Absolutely pathetic firm

I wish there was no stars here. I have been struggling to get feedback from SSDA. I paid a discounted debt for ABSA in settlement of an outstanding debt.

I am waiting nearly 2 months after being promised a paid up letter in order to close the account. No response on their whatsapp number and they are actually reading the messages and not responding. I have the chat saved as evidence.
