4 months no paid up letter!!!!

<p>I'm am very disappointed by your bad services... I had a payment arrangement with Shapiro Shaik Devries attorneys to settle my nedbank account, I settled it earlier than was arranged.. That was 4 months ago... So here is the full complaint..... I settled it 4 months ago.. A week after settling the account I phoned their offices to request my paid up letter and to ask for them to remove it from my credit reports.... I got told that it will only be settled to Nedbank by then beginning of the next month as they only do payments at the end of the month, from there it would take 21 days to get the paid up letter and then they will forward it to me... Once again empty promises... ITS BEEN 4 MONTH'S!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them again last week to go through the same rigmarole one again got promised someone will get back to me I must just leave it in their hands... I'm over it.... They harass and nag people to get their accounts settled... So one do your part and actually settle your account early and then they just don't do their part.. I'm over it!!! Sick and tired of phoning after their sorry asses to nag them.. They keep telling you for quality and security reasons the phone calls are recorded if they actually go listen to their "recordings" then they will actually see how many promises they make that they themselves don't adhere to... How can someone that's so bad at that be responsible for collections... I've settled 4 out of 5 accounts in the last 8 months and are trying to get my creditscore up and them messing around like this doesn't exactly help!!! I am very disgusted!!</p>
