3 months later and i haven't received my settlement letter -SSDA are ******
This company has terrible customer service and they lie to you on recorded lines. I have been waiting for my settlement letter tsince July. They told me it takes about 30 days to get my settlement letter but till today i have to beg them. I'm even convinced that they're not legit collecters. My ITC is affected because of these ***** .
