Harassed since 02 Nove 2022 for a claimed outstanding amount owed to Multichoice. Multichoice has forwarded me an official statement that I owe them nothing. I relayed this to every customer care person that contacted me, and yet they still keep on phoning me, using my business email address for private correspondence, even after I informed them to use alternative email address for such correspondence, to no avail. I experience this now as harassment, and will approach our legal representatives for help. Unacceptable from a so called "World class debt collector".
