10 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO PAID UP LETTER

Funny. I was owing MTN and I finished paying it. With numerous calls for my paid up letter, 10 months later they are still following up with MTN for that later. oh wait they told me to call MTN myself to request that letter....WOW
