NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

I ordered my trainer more than a month ago and have not received the product or the refund claimed back. I received a reply on the 4th Feb from Rachel stating that they are waiting for custom clearance. Since that email, no further replies to my queries. Absolutely disgusted.
