No delivery after payment has been made

I made payment on the 15 of January 2016 for a Latex Shapewear Trainer. I never got my order and Shape wear Trainers is no longer responding to my correspondence. In their accounts policy it says it takes 10 days for them to deliver but for me its more than a month.<br> <br> I have requested a refund with no success.<br>
