Exceptional product AND service!!!

I have always been sceptical to order clothing online as I am often between sizes and dont know how hard it’s going to be to return the product but I was blown away by the product, courier and service from Shapewear! I ordered 2 items and they were perfect but decided to exchange the 1 for a different colour! I called and Lejaun immediately answered and helped me through the process. She listened to my needs and made me feel like I was their only client and not just another customer! On Friday afternoon I logged the return and on Monday morning the courier guy was at my door to collect and 3 days later they were back delivering my exchange! And best of all, I didn't pay a sent on courier costs! I can even compliment the packaging and a free little gift that comes with inside! The quality of the clothing is superb! I am just inlove with this product and company overall!! Thank you Lejaun and team!!
