Best customer experience EVER! Go ahead and order!

The best customer experience ever. I've order from them multiple times in the last 5 or so years. Firstly I always receive quality product that far exceeds the expectation and lasts forever. I still wear my very first denim I bought from them!

Secondly - the personal customer care I receive when I am unsure about sizing or colours has made it easy for me to make the right choices on products.

For many people it may be daunting to buy online as they are unsure about sizing and returns. Its not the case with Shapewear Shop. If you battle with it online (which you should not as its dead-easy) then simply phone or send them a WhatsApp and their sales team will guide you. On the rare occasion that I made a mistake on the sizing - it was as easy as logging a return and specifying if I want to exchange or return. The process is clearly specified and has taken the pain out of returns.

I am forever thankful for them for bringing high fashion items into South Africa at a very affordable price vs the ridiculous prices some brand name stores charge. Their items are stylish and if you prefer some is obviously a little bit ***y as well. Just the way I like it!

I am literally able to buy from my work pants (denims) to my exercise wear from them. They also offer a beautiful 10% discount code on a future purchase if you do a review for them (T's & C's apply). The reviews often contains photos which will help you a lot when picking a size, but the size chart is also pretty clear.
