This is definitely a ****. I placed my order paid and didn’t receive my order. ‘Ann’ also emailed me when i enquired about my order. Said that courier company lost it and offered to refund or replace unfortunately nothing has materialized to date. I placed my order in January. Wish i had checked out reviews on HP first.
