Placed an order on the 6th Jan 2023. Parcel never arrived. When I queried it with them they claimed the couriers lost the parcel and offered a 50% refund and to reship the goods with a different courier. When I requested the courier name and waybill number they stopped answering my emails. I have now logged a case of ***** at SAPS Diep River and encourage everyone else who has been ********** by these people to do the same 😡 Message from SAPS.
