SHAPES SA IS A ****!!!

Exactly the same happened to me. Placed an order on the 6th Jan 2023. Parcel never arrived. When I queried it with them they're claimed the couriers lost the parcel and offered a 50% refund and to shipped the parcel. No response from them after this.
