On 28 December 2022 I placed my order and paid. Taking in account the Public Holidays, I waited 3 weeks foe delivery. I sent an email, demanding a tracking number. They rep**** saying they had problems with their courier, would I like a refund, on for the order to be resend, I chose to receive the order. On 19 January 2023 they thanked my for giving them anothet chance, 7 to 10 days delivery. By 13 February I have not heard back, or received my order. I then wrote a mail explaining that because of their bad service, I want a refund immediately, supp**** my banking detail. Since then I've emailed them every second day and the no reply what so ever. R490 is not a fortune, but I am a pensioner, and to me it is a substantial amount of my monthly pension. There seems to be no other way to contact them apart from email.
