I ordered bras off their website early January. I eventually followed up to confirm what happened to my order as the delivery period has passed.

I eventually after a few emails, received a response that the courier lost my package and was offered to get half my payment back and for my order to be reshipped or alternatively get a full refund.

I opted for the full refund and was told 3 to 5 work days. It has been more than 5 work days and I’m not getting any responses from them. The website also no longer shows any stock for sale or contact details besides an email.

They are simply *****ing peoples money and disappearing.
