****!!!!

It would seem that everyone that bought from this **** website was told the same story - "the courier apparently lost my parcel and they offered me a refund or to resend the order" and then... nothing. They are a disgusting excuse for a company and yet I see their ads on Instagram every day. I don't know how they are still up and running when they have ****med so many people. Does anyone know how we can report them and get their website taken down??
