****!!!

This business is a ****!!! I ordered and paid for a bra. When there was no delivery I e mailed them and they said the courier lost the delivery. Ann from Shapes said she would arrange another delivery. Nothing came and I told her I wanted a refund. No refund after 14 days and no response from Ann. How do we stop this business from *****ing other peoples money and how do we take down their face book page? disgraceful!! Hope Karma hits them soon
