Order Placed, Receipt acknowledge received, order or refund never received!

Placed an order with them on the 26th of January 2023, paid the required amount, never received my order. Sent follow up e-mail to be told the order got lost, can they resend or refund, opted for them to resend, confirmed will receive it within 3 to 5 working days. To date not delivery, in the interim asked for a refund which was promised to be processed, no payment to date. Lady responding to e-mails goes by the name Ann, this company is *****ulent, litterally steeling customers money, full and promises and no services delivery, a huge ****! Disgusting!
