I also made the mistake of ordering a few items with them in Jan 2023. Followed up in Feb and was fed the line of "parcel got lost" by Ann. Got offered the option of a 50% refund and the parcel or a 100% refund. Opted for the parcel but nothing. Followed up repeatedly but now not receiving any answer from Ann.
