Disgusting!

The worst experience ever! I placed my order online as the product seemed worthwhile, made an immediate credit card payment on 5th January 2023. I had to follow up and was advised my order was dispatched on 6th January and will receive it by the 20th. After having to follow up I was told my order was lost by the courier, I didn't even receive a tracking number or anything and after asking for a refund all my emails are now being ignored! Absolute **** paying for a product u will never receive!!
