Like so many before me, I am usually very vigilant when I shop online. The website looked legit. The reviews looked legit. I found them through an ad on my Instagram feed and after looking at the website and reviews, I was ready to order. At the end of December. Well, here we are two months later and I have the same story as all the rest. "Your parcel was lost...here's a refund." Refund? What refund?
