BAD REVIEW

I ordered from this company in January. After not recieving my parcel and I followed up on the status I was then told that the courier "lost" my parcel. I was then offered either to have my order re-send or full refund. I chose the refund and was promised within 5 business days. I did not recieve refund and now they are not even answering my mails further. There is not even a telephone number on the website. I just was to warn people to not support this busiess because I am certain its just to **** people out of money.
