Shapermint terrible service

I've had the worst experience with this company. I placed an order with them in November 2021 after reading the excellent reviews on Instagram. But have had nothing but stress from them. Its almost two months later and I still don't have my parcel. I've asked for a refund, but they insisting on replacing the order. I almost spent R2000 on items I don't have. When I contact them its like I'm speaking to a robot. This company does not care about clients. I would not recommend them at all. Their customer service is very bad
