Order NEVER Delivered - **** SITE

This provider is quick to take your money but I'm still waiting almost 3 months later for my order. The tracking status never changes and I have kept sending emails asking for an update and response but all I get is AI automated responses saying "Let’s wait a little longer, and if there’s still no update soon, please let me know so I can take the next steps" but there is never any update and they just send the same response without actually escalating. Worst customer service as no actual person assists, so doubt it even is being escalated. They also love to say " Please, do not worry about it." but how can I not worry that I've been ****med when my order hasn't been delivered months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
