While I do understand that not everything works for everyone Shaperevengers did not work for me Some things to note: although they advertise no pre-packed meals there is still a very strict diet to be followed, in which they stat that you can replace a meal with a shake but with no guidance on which one you should not use. So when you query this after two weeks of not losing up to 10kg per month(5kgs in two weeks) first they say they need to talk to the Dr which in my case never happened, then they tell you, you are taking the wrong shake and to start all over again. Even if you only had a shake twice. If you are thinking of doing this look into it very carefully.
