Shapely doesn't deliver

I ordered a shapely shape wear back on May 20 and paid through Shopify. I still haven't received my order to date. Their tracking services is another nightmare as it doesn't even get updated regularly. Emailing them directly doesn't help either because taking to the bot doesn't give satisfactory results. It's now 29 June and I still haven't had any positive feedback. I feel ****med and I hope nobody falls for this ****.
