Unaccommodating and dismissive

After driving for 45 minutes from the Southern Suburbs, I got turned away from my appointment for being 8 minutes late. Couldn't find parking.

It is Tarryn's prerogative not to accommodate latecomers, but there should've been a disclaimer on the booking form that warns customers she has zero tolerance for lateness. If I'd known this, I would've turned back and not wasted my time circling the parking lot stressing out.

I also spent a couple of minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation with someone else before she addressed me. I'd usually never find something like this worth mentioning, but in a situation where every minute counts, it has suddenly become highly relevant.

Very disappointed in the total unwillingness to try and squeeze me in, especially with me being nine months pregnant and pleading with her that I have no more time to come back another day. What a terrible experience.
