The management team of Shape4life was marketing gym membership contracts at Pick and Pay in Primrose Germiston. A well composed presentation of the future look and feel of the new gym was presented to people with the intention of them signing up them up on a 24 month contract. Furthermore, a discounted promotional monthly subscription was aggressively marketed to the people. Hence many unlucky individuals like me signed up the intentional misrepresented contract with the future opening gym. The apparent new Shape4life gym was scheduled to open in November 2016, to date the proposed plans has not materialised. I am now one of many victims of the Primrose community that has been ****med. We have been paying monthly gym membership subscriptions for 15 months thus far and the gym is no way near the finishing point. Due to this, many people in my community and myself have requested a termination of the contract that we signed up with Shape4life as they were in breach. The management team advised us and reminded us of the contract that we had sign up and is now holding us ransom to pay these fees for gym facilities that may not even surface at all.

Please may you help us to close this **** and get shape4life to reimburse us due to misrepresentation and breach of what was presented to us.
