Still waiting for refund after 5 weeks

<p>Alex my patience has run out after waiting for 5 weeks for a refund.. every time I contact you, you have excuse after excuse.. I was supposed to have received a refund already 5 weeks ago but accepted the fact that u could only pay me 4 weeks later .. it has been a week after the payment date that was agreed on so this is ridiculous now. If I have to I will go to the newspaper with this. I have been going through social media and see that you don't need anymore bad publicity so I am asking you to Please sort this payment out A.S.A.P before this becomes worse than it needs to be. I have been counting on that money to pay my bills and I'm seriously getting stressed out. The way this is being handled is extremely unprofessional. </p>
