Bad Service - will not recommend

- Prices are cheap for a reason - I went in for Ombre Gel nails but got lumpy nails instead which they had to redo. - I was 30 minutes late which I notified them in advance and was confirmed that it was ok. However when I got there, it then took the consultant 4 hours to do gel nails. (only gel nails with no nail art) - The nail tech was also very inexperienced and had a lack of knowledge on how to do Ombre Nails resulting in my nails being lumpy and was not blended in which they had to redo. - She doubled booked me and kept on attending to someone else running back and forth in-between myself and another client and kept me waiting - The lamp was broken which I had to bring to her attention. Would definitely not recommend this place. I would rather spend money and support a business that actually welcomes clients in and that deserves to be supported. The environment is awful. They do not great and even smile at clients leaving us to feel like the client is a burden.
